Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register. We never see or store your password in plain text.

Saved property-analysis data. The property addresses, purchase and financing assumptions, income and expense figures, notes, and report details you enter and save. This data is stored privately in your account and is only accessible to you.

Purchase information. A record that your account has paid for access, along with non-sensitive transaction identifiers returned by Stripe.

Technical and log data. IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps, and error diagnostics generated automatically when you use the Service.

• to store, retrieve, and print the analyses you save;
• to verify your purchase and grant or revoke access;
• to send transactional messages such as email verification, password resets, and receipts;
• to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service;
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own privacy policy and PCI-compliant systems. We do not collect, receive, or store full payment card numbers, CVC codes, or bank credentials. We receive only confirmation of payment status and limited non-sensitive metadata.

We rely on a small number of vendors to run the Service, including our application and database hosting provider (which stores account and analysis data), our authentication and email delivery providers, and Stripe for payments. These providers process data only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not sell advertising on the Service. If we use aggregate analytics, it is limited to understanding page usage and performance and is not used to build advertising profiles.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored with access controls that restrict each account's records to that account. Passwords are hashed. Server-side keys and webhook secrets are stored as protected environment secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and saved analyses for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual analyses at any time from your dashboard. If you request account deletion, we delete your account and saved analyses, except for records we must retain for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at maurice@premierpropertyvolusia.com from the address on your account. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
